Best Guide to Use Soft Powder Makeup Puff

Going for lunch out with friends at work? Got a sudden call from friends for a hangout? These are the times when you need a quick touch upon your face. Here makeup puff proves a perfectly useful tool to apply quick loose powder on your face, and give your skin a flawless finish, isn’t it?

By the way, makeup sponges, and beauty blenders are also among handy makeup tools with help of which you can apply foundation for a pro like a makeover, but makeup puff is something that is specially made for instant use, and it comes packed in compact face powder boxes.

However, each tool has its way of use. If we talk about using makeup puff, then there’s a certain way of applying it. That’s what I am going to guide you in this post.

How to use Powder Puff?

To use powder puff for applying translucent powder, you can get many powder puffs from makeup puff suppliers, but I will prefer you to go for a cotton puff. It is a little bit thicker and bigger, so you can set everything quick.

Start with dabbing powder puff in some translucent powder (get one from Makeup studio brand for effective results) Okay, what I do is, I take a little bit of translucent powder into the lid so that I can control the amount of powder which I am going to use.

If you want to give your face a cakey look or want to get a whitish tone, then get some cream foundation as it absorbs everything. If you’re using powder puff with lots of powder, then trust me, it’s the best baking ever. This also makes your great makeup waterproof.

If you’re using regular liquid foundation, even then powder puff would be best to use, but only take less powder, so you won’t need to let it sit for ten minutes on your face, as you would with a cream foundation.

Fix your two fingers in the rubber attached with a puff, then lightly dab the puff on your overall face including forehead, jawline, neck, under-eye area, and cheeks.

Let me repeat in simple words, apply liquid foundation, and set everything with translucent powder, and press the powder puff to absorb everything. This will lock your makeup, and will make it long-lasting!
